EU Funded Project Management Services:

Yusuf Tokdemir is available to work with the donor-funded development projects as a Key Expert and/or Non-Key Expert (NKE) to create a value and excellence in the project and the organization in a short and/or long-term period in Turkey or other countries in the world.
 
Yusuf Tokdemir has successfully completed the Operationalization of the TRAC Project (Technical Assistance for the Establishment of the Rize Tea Research and Application Centre) on-time and on-budget as a Key Expert 2 on 11 August 2018.  TRAC Project was funded (10 million Euro) by the European Commission and the Turkish Government. It is named TRAC (ÇAYMER) and fully-operational with its state of the art facilities and specialized technical equipment including tea R&D and testing laboratory, pilot production plant, library and tea plantation field. All three project results achieved as required, i.e.

1. Institutional capacity to improve the competitiveness of the Tea Industry increased.
2. Productivity and product quality of the tea producers increased.
3. Marketing capabilities of the tea producers enhanced.
